Definitions of wrestling classifications:

Novice Wrestler: A wrestler has been involved in the sport for two years or less and has not placed first or second in an open tournament with five or more wrestlers in wrestlers weight class.
Intermediate wrestler: A wrestler that has been involved in the sport for over two years, has not placed first or second in an open tournament with five or more wrestlers in wrestlers class, and has lost more matches in the current year than the wrestler has won.
